Our Rosemary Blossom Honey is derived from the nectar collected by bees of the wild rosemary plants that can be found throughout the mountainous regions of Central Spain. With its mild aroma and herbaceous flavor, this unique varietal is perfect for herbal teas, aged cheeses, fresh fruit, salty meats, and roasted vegetables.

Although this honey is not collected in Missouri, it is processed and bottled in Neosho, Mo.
