Four Sons Lemon Blossom Single Source Honey

A zesty but light honey, Lemon Blossom Honey comes from beehives in Southern Spain. It offers subtle notes of citrus combined with a mild scent of lemon, making it an excellent choice when used as a sweetener for hot and cold-brewed teas, when stirred in Greek yogrut, or when drizzled over fresh fruit.

Although this honey is not collected in Missouri, it is processed and bottled in Neosho, Mo.
